HomeLife/Cimerman is seeking a motivated and experienced licensed realtor or broker to join our team as a Team Leader for our Rental Division. As the Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your own team and deliver comprehensive training and mentorship. You will have significant residual income potential based on your team's performance.

- Recruit, select, and onboard rental agents to build and expand your team.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure agents' success.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive individual and team growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their rental needs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist agents in conducting property showings, negotiating lease agreements, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure agents adhere to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.
